This celebration of the season is a weekend event open to Wasatch Charter School families and the public. Admission to the Harvest Festival is free.
Friday, October 27: 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Adults only event Start your holiday shopping early without the kids by visiting more than 30 local artisans on site. Visitors will find art, homemade goods, learning materials, and more. Drop off your purchases at the gift wrapping station, have dinner from one of the food trucks that will be on site, and enjoy live music.
Saturday, October 28: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Everyone welcome Families can participate on hands-on activities, enjoy live performances, and shop local vendors. This day will also include a community bake sale, coffee/hot chocolate, and soup for lunch.
Wristbands can be purchased for children for $5 and will include the following activities: *Pumpkin painting *Cork stamp painting *Scavenger hunt *Obstacle course *Cornhole *Tic-tac-toe *Ring toss

Gift Wrapping A gift wrapping station will be provided so that you can have all of your purchases wrapped while you enjoy food and entertainment at the event. The station will be open during all hours of the event. All proceeds will benefit the Wasatch Waldorf community. Community Bake Sale The bake sale will take place both Friday and Saturday. The price range will be from $1 for individual sweets up to $10 for pies and loaves of bread. (Payment at the booth is with punch pass only, purchase a punch pass at the event with cash or check, or with card online, see below.)
Purchasing Tickets Wristbands and punch passes can be purchased in advance to save time and avoid waiting in line. Wristbands are $5 and punch passes can be purchased for any amount you choose.
*Note that all of the crafts and activities listed for an additional cost as well as gift wrapping, bake sale items, and lunch items must be paid for using a punch card. These stations will be unable to accept money.
You may pick up your wristbands and punch passes on Friday, October 27th at the Front Office or Will Call at the Harvest Festival. You may also purchase tickets at the event (cash or check preferred).
