Wasatch Family Foundation offers two aftercare options which use approaches consistent with Waldorf education. 

Kindergarten Aftercare

Kindergarten aftercare will be provided in the Kinderhouse and will include story time, indoor play, arts and crafts, rest time, or outdoor play. Various options are available and tuition is detailed on application form.

Grade School Aftercare Options

  • Aftercare for Grades 1-8 is held on the Wasatch Charter School campus.  This includes outdoor play, arts, crafts, snack and games. Tuition is $235/month.
            Aftercare hours: Monday through Thursday from 3:20 pm to 5:30 pm.
  • First grade aftercare will be held outdoors as much as air quality/weather allows. Time will include free play time, arts, crafts and games. Tuition is $125/month. 
            Grade 1 aftercare hours: Monday through Thursday from 2:20 pm to 3:20 pm.
  • Friday aftercare for Grades 1-8 is available separately since this is an early dismissal day.  Fridays includes outdoor play, arts and crafts, snack and games. Tuition is $110/month.
            Friday aftercare hours: 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Aftercare will not be held on the following dates:
     Thursday, August 21, 2024 (First Day of School)
     Thursday, June 5, 2025 (Last Day of School)

All aftercare programs are tuition-based programs contracted with the Wasatch Family Foundation and separate from Wasatch Charter School.  Enrollment in Aftercare Programs is at the discretion of the Director of the Wasatch Family Foundation. ​
