Spring Gala & Auction Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 6pm-10pm Saint Thomas More - 3015 Creek Road, Cottonwood Heights
This is an event for adults only (21 years of age and older.*) Ticket sales will begin at Back to School Night on Tuesday, September 10, 2019. "Early Bird" pricing will be through December 21, 2019 for single tickets and tables. Wine, beer, and Coca-Cola product tickets will also be on sale at this time. If you would like to help sponsor teachers and staff to attend the event, you may do so in $10 increments on the ticket sales site.
*In compliance with Utah State liquor laws and event permit, no persons under the age of 21 will be admitted, including babies in arms.

The Spring Gala & Auction is an event to bring the Waldorf educational community together to raise awareness, educate and fundraise for the cause. The event will consist of a silent auction, opportunity drawings, live auction, dinner, a speaker and community building.
Timeline Event begins at 6:00 p.m. and ends at 10:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Check-in, silent auction and, hors d'oeuvres/cocktails 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Dinner and program 8:00 p.m. Silent auction closes 9:00 p.m. Closing remarks 9:30 p.m. Checkout begins

Proceeds benefit the Wasatch Waldorf Community, which is comprised of the Wasatch Family Foundation (WFF) and the Wasatch Waldorf Charter School (WWCS). WWCS is a K-8 tuition-free public Waldorf charter school in Holladay, UT that provides a comprehensive education program integrating academics, arts, movement, nature, and social responsibility into everyday learning. The WFF is a private nonprofit set up as a supportive organization to WWCS, and operates the Creekside Kinderclass. The WFF is exempt from income tax as a 501(c)3 charitable organization.
