Please visit https://harvestfestival2020.ggo.bid to view and purchase all of the items we have available from some amazing local artisan vendors (many of whom parents from our own school community!) as well as some hand selected school store favorites.
All items must be purchased ahead of time. Friday October 2nd is the deadline. You will not be able to purchase craft bags, vendor items or school store items the day of the event.
We will host our annual Harvest Festival celebration this year via drive through on Saturday, October 10th from 3-6 where participants can pick up any of their purchases. We will have entertainment, live music, a pocket fairy, bake sale hawkers and even a wandering Angel Room. Angel Room items are $1/ea. We will even have a drive through Farm Stand with our very own organic produce from our fields!
There will be no cash accepted at the event. Please have your Venmo ready for any Angel Room, Bake Sale or Farm Stand items.
When you drive through we will have your pre-purchased craft bags along with any other items you have purchased ready for you and they will be delivered to you in your car.
Would you like to get involved? We still have a few volunteer shifts and wish list items available (which will count towards volunteer hours) on our new tracking system: https://www.trackitforward.com/site/558596/events Just log in and sign up to volunteer at the Harvest Festival.
We would love to have any small, personal items donated for our wandering Angel Room this year. Items such as jewelry, socks, ties, etc. Smaller items would be greatly appreciated. We have placed a bin with a rainbow sign on the south wall of the atrium at the school.
Unfortunately, we will not be accepting baked goods from families this year, but would love any individually wrapped donations from a professional kitchen or bakery to be delivered to the school gym on Friday, October 9th. Thank you so much for all of your help and support this year! We are looking forward to celebrating with you!
